As a guardian for social justice, equity, and dignity, Sueann Casey empowers people to make informed choices for themselves based in self-awareness. She is a grounding force that brings enthusiasm when collaborating to create holistic solutions. In these endeavors, Sueann strives to bring empathy and compassion to everyone who engages in this work. In her role as Chief Customer Experience Officer at Indigo, Sueann designs student directed engagement opportunities that schools, organizations, and instructors can implement to empower students to know who they are, where they are going and how to get there.
Sueann graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a BS in Microbiology. She pursued teaching as a career, leading to a lifelong passion for changing students’ lives. Currently, Sueann holds professional certifications in Co-Active Coaching Core Curriculum and Executive Leadership from the Coaches Training Institute and CPBA, CPVA, and TriMetrixHD Certifications from Target Training International.
