Indigo Education Company has formally ceased operations and is in the process of dissolution.
We are deeply grateful to the educators, schools, partners, and supporters who made this work possible, and to the students whose growth and well-being were always at the heart of our mission.
While Indigo Education Company is no longer operating, the values and purpose that guided our work continue through Indigo Impact Initiative, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Indigo Impact Initiative is using select Indigo assets to fulfill existing contractual obligations and to continue supporting students and educators through aligned programs.
